Anti-Creep Cage Crossed Roller Way H

The CRWG...H features higher load capacity than the CRWG thanks to a redesigned roller cage and raceway. You get the same cage creep prevention while enabling design or machine downsizing while prolonging life. Use it on compact precision stages, optical assemblies, and short-stroke axes where the vertical envelope is tight but the duty cycle is heavy and smooth and precise operation is required.

• Anti-creep retainer. Rack-and-pinion mechanism prevents cage misalignment under short-stroke reciprocating motion, even at high cycle counts.
• High load capacity. H type geometry offers a roller cage with higher roller density thanks to a reduced pitch between rollers for higher load capacity and rigidity compared to the standard CRWG model.
• Super precision motion. Precision-ground V-grooves and crossed cylindrical rollers deliver smooth travel and high running accuracy.
