Anti-Creep Cage Crossed Roller Ways

Anti-creep cage crossed roller way for high-cycle reciprocating motion that needs the cage to stay put.

No cage creep, even after thousands of strokes

Orthogonally crossed cylindrical rollers ride between two precision-ground V-shaped linear guides, carrying load in every direction. The anti-creep cage adds a rack and pinion gear mechanism that prevents the roller cage from walking out of position under repeated short-stroke or reversing travel. Use it on inspection stages, optical positioners, and precision assembly fixtures where smooth motion and predictable cage location matter shift after shift.

  • Anti-creep retainer. A rack and pinion gear mechanism prevents cage creep under reciprocating motion, so the roller cage stays centered through long duty cycles, even when oriented vertically.
  • Super precision motion. Crossed roller geometry on ground V-grooves gives smooth, low-friction travel which allows extremely smooth motion with super high accuracy.
  • Non-recirculating design. Rollers traverse the rail without recirculation, eliminating the cyclic vibration of recirculating systems and supporting consistent positioning.
