Crossed Roller Way Units

The CRWU packages two V-grooved crossed roller ways with two orthagonally crossed cylindrical roller cage assemblies into a finished assembly. Variants cover compact and light, low height, and standard unit sections, with strokes up to 810 mm and dynamic load capacity over 110 kN. Use it on machine tool sub-axes, inspection bridges, and any long-travel precision stage where assembling and aligning rail pairs in the field is not practical.

• Pre-assembled unit. Rails, cage, and rollers ship as a matched module. Bolt down and align the carriage instead of aligning rail pairs in the field.
• Long stroke range. Maximum stroke up to 750 mm covers long-travel precision axes that bare rail sections cannot reach in a single piece.
• High load capacity. Basic dynamic load ratings up to 111 kN and a highly rigid table and bed handle heavy machine slides and inspection bridges without compromising motion quality.
