Linear Bushings

Linear bushings consist of a precisely designed rolling guide that travels along a hardened, round shaft to achieve smooth motion. A specialized retainer ensures accurate travel along the shaft by guiding the interior steel balls and provides highly stable linear motion. Designed and constructed with precision, both the rolling guids and shafts feature high dimensional accuracy and are easily mixed and matched among the multiple sizes and styles available.

• Ensure accurate fit. Standard closed or open bushings available for support-rail shafts and adjustable-clearance bearings for tuning fit and preload.
• Multple styles. Available with solid shafts or hollow shafts to allow for piping, wiring, air etc. LMG also features an optional track groove along the shaft for increased load capacity.
• Excellent environmental protection. Each bushing has options for either no seals or two end seals as well as high carbon steel or synthetic resin retainers to easily meet speed, contamination and outlet-running requirements.
