Pre-built linear axis in two sizes

BSU is a lightweight, compact linear slide unit that is highly corrosion resistant. The carriage rides on recirculating balls for smooth travel, the rail uses a counterbored mounting pattern for fast installation, and the family covers carriage widths of 44 mm and 66 mm with strokes up to 100 mm. It is the simpler, lighter sibling to the high rigidity BWU slide unit.

Preloaded for smooth travel. BSU...A has clearance adjustment screws for fine tuning if needed so the unit holds position under cyclic motion.
Easy mounting. Counterbored rail holes and tapped M5 carriage threads let the slide unit drop onto a flat plate with standard fasteners.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance. Stainless-steel construction for the ball and way with bed and table surfaces of anodized aluminum ensure excellent corrosion resistance.
