Mechatronics
Direct-drive linear-motor stages for high-speed, high-accuracy positioning without ball-screw friction or wear.
Linear-motor tables couple the table directly to a magnet track via a coreless or iron-core motor — no ball screw, no belt, no rotary-to-linear transmission. The result is high speed, sub-micron repeatability, and a frictionless feel that holds positional accuracy at any velocity. IKO's linear-motor family covers strokes from 8 millimeters to nearly three meters, with vertical-mount, horizontal-mount, and XZ-stacked configurations to suit pick-and-place, inspection, and assembly work cells.
Series
Long-travel linear-motor stages with strokes from 1 to 2.76 meters for inspection, scanning, and multi-station assembly cells.
Series
Horizontal-mount linear-motor table with crossed-roller guide for high-stiffness, sub-micron pick-and-place and instrumentation work.
Series
Horizontal-mount linear-motor tables with stroke options from 8 to 120 mm — the broadest catalog in IKO mechatronics for precision linear motion.
Series
Compact, XZ-orientation linear-motor table for horizontal and vertical micro-positioning in a single integrated module.
Series
Higher-thrust XZ linear-motor table with optional forced-air cooling for sustained high-duty positioning under load.
