Plain Bearings
Spherical plain bearings that absorb shaft misalignment and carry heavy radial loads in pivot mounts, hydraulic cylinders, and articulated joints.
A spherical bushing is a plain bearing built around a spherical inner ring inside a cylindrical outer ring. The geometry lets the inner ring swivel inside the housing, so the joint accepts angular misalignment without binding. Hardened steel-on-steel construction handles high static and shock loads in equipment where rolling-element bearings would not survive. PTFE-copper-mesh liner is available for maintenance-free service.
