Combined Type Needle Roller Bearings

Combined-type needle bearings that handle radial and axial loads in a single unit.

Radial plus axial in one bearing

These combined-type needle roller bearings pair a radial needle bearing with an axial element, either a thrust ball bearing, a thrust roller bearing, an angular contact ball bearing, or a three-point contact ball bearing. The result is a single unit that supports both radial and axial loads where space rules out two separate bearings. Variants are available with or without an inner ring and with or without a dust cover, depending on shaft mounting and contamination requirements.

  • Combined radial and axial. A radial needle bearing and an axial bearing share one envelope, reducing assembly stack height versus separate bearings.
  • Multiple axial options. Choose thrust ball (NAX, NAXI), thrust roller (NBX, NBXI), angular contact ball (NATA), or three-point contact ball (NATB) for the axial element.
  • With or without inner ring. Variants ending in I include an inner ring for unhardened shafts. Variants without I run directly on a hardened, ground shaft.
