Rotary Motion
Hardened inner rings sold as separate components for shell-type needle bearings, drawn cup bearings, and combined type needle roller bearings.
Many IKO needle and roller bearings are designed to run directly on a hardened shaft. When the shaft cannot be hardened to bearing-grade tolerances, an inner ring supplies that hardened raceway as a separate part. This family covers six metric and inch series matched to shell-type needle bearings, general-usage needle bearings, and combined type needle roller bearings.
Series
Inch inner ring sized for shell-type needle bearings such as the BA, BHA, and YB series, in high carbon chrome steel with oil-hole as standard..
Series
Metric inner ring for shell-type needle bearings such as the TA, TLA and YT series, in high carbon chrome steel from 7 to 60 mm bore.
Series
Inch general-usage inner ring with an oil hole for relubrication, in high carbon chrome steel sized for BR-series needle bearings.
Series
Metric general-usage inner ring in high carbon chrome steel, the broadest range in the family with 237 sizes from 5 to 440 mm bore.
Series
Metric general-usage inner ring sized for the GTR and RNA needle bearing ranges, in high carbon chrome steel from 10 to 140 mm bore.
