The shaft-side raceway, on its own

Many IKO needle and roller bearings are designed to run directly on a hardened shaft. When the shaft cannot be hardened to bearing-grade tolerances, an inner ring supplies that hardened raceway as a separate part. This family covers six metric and inch series matched to shell-type needle bearings, general-usage needle bearings, and combined type needle roller bearings.

Replacement raceway component. Hardened ring slips onto a softer shaft to give shell-type and drawn-cup needle bearings the raceway they need.
High carbon chrome steel. Through-hardened bearing steel for the LRT, IRT, IRB, LRTZ, and LRB series.
Metric and inch fitments. Six series across metric and inch ranges, with standard oil-holes for relubrication on the inch LRB and LRBZ. For other series, IKO can provide optional oil-holes as needed.
