Machined Type Needle Roller Bearings

Compact, high-capacity rotary support for transmissions, gearboxes, and connecting-rod assemblies where radial space is tight.

High load in a thin section

Needle roller bearings use long, small-diameter rollers to carry heavy radial loads in a cross section a fraction the height of a comparable ball bearing. Machined-ring, separable-cage, and shell-type drawn-cup designs cover everything from automotive gear shafts and pump rotors to industrial reducers and connecting-rod ends. With dynamic load ratings up to 1,910 kN and bores from 5 mm to 490 mm, the family scales from miniature linkages to heavy-machinery shafts.

  • Thin-section load capacity. Long needle rollers carry full radial load in roughly half the cross section of a ball bearing, freeing shaft and housing space.
  • Machined, caged, or shell-type. Machined rings for high precision, separable cages with inner rings for ease of assembly, and drawn-cup shells for lightweight, press-fit installations.
  • Sealed and lubricated options. Two-seal variants exclude contamination in dirty environments, oil-hole versions distribute lubricant under load, and C-Lube solid-lubricant types run maintenance-free.
