Rotary Motion
Cage-and-roller assemblies that drop into machined shafts and housings to form a complete needle bearing.
A needle roller cage is the rolling-element subassembly only: hardened needle rollers held in a turned retainer. The shaft and housing bore serve as the inner and outer raceways, which keeps the radial section thin and saves space inside engines, gearboxes, and compact transmissions. IKO offers high-carbon-steel cages for general industrial work and synthetic-resin cages where lighter weight or quieter operation is preferred.
Series
Single-row needle roller cage with high-carbon steel or synthetic-resin retainer, sized from 3 to 100 mm bore for general industrial use.
Series
Single-row needle roller cage built for engine applications, with high-carbon steel retainer and tighter B2 roller-diameter tolerance.
Series
Double-row needle roller cage that doubles dynamic capacity in the same radial envelope, available in 20 to 40 mm bore sizes.
