Higher capacity than a cam follower

Roller followers run on cam tracks and linear guides like cam followers, but with a thicker outer ring and larger roller diameter. That moves the load envelope up. Where cam followers cover light to medium tracks, roller followers carry the heavier indexing loads found in machine tools, packaging cams, and high-tonnage automation. Separable, non-separable, and inner-ring-free variants let designers match assembly access and shaft fit.

Heavy track loads. Larger outer rings and roller diameters carry up to 142 kN dynamic, well above typical cam follower capacities.
Cylindrical or crowned outer ring. Cylindrical OD rolls flat on machined tracks, while crowned OD tolerates misalignment on welded or shimmed tracks. Both forms ship across the family.
Separable and non-separable. NAST and RNAST separable variants ease assembly into closed track frames. NART and CRY non-separable types ship as a complete unit for quick install.
