Thrust Bearings

IKO thrust bearings carry pure axial load between two flat raceways in a thinner cross-section than a ball thrust bearing. The range covers every part of the assembly: the NTB thrust needle roller bearing for the tightest axial space, the AZK thrust roller bearing for the highest capacity, the AZ complete unit with inner and outer rings for drop-in installation and AS thrust washers that give any cage a true bearing-grade race face when the mating surfaces don't meet mounting requirements. Separate WS inner rings and GS outer rings offer a precise fit for thrust bearing assemblies. IKO thrust bearings suit gearbox, transmission, machine-tool and rotating-table applications where high accuracy is required at high speeds and under fluctuating heavy loads.

• Thin axial section. Needle and roller bearings carry thrust load in a fraction of the height required by a ball thrust bearing.
• High axial capacity. Line contact between the rollers and race face delivers higher static and dynamic load than ball thrust bearings of the same envelope — up to 1430 kN across the range.
• Multiple materials. Carbon steel (AS), steel (NTB) and copper or brass bearings (AZ and AZK) provide ensure optimal wear properties and lifespan in your application.
