Robust guides and bearings to meet the demands of CNC machining
IKO linear and rotary components deliver the accuracy, rigidity and contamination resistance modern CNC machine tools require for tight tolerances and heavy loads, all while ensuring longer maintenance intervals.
Our heavy-duty linear bearings range from 8 to 85 millimeters, scaling from compact three-axis machines to large five-axis machining centers that handle heavy parts. For high-accuracy tooling and mold fixture work, the Linear Way H Series delivers four-point ball-to-raceway contact for exceptional rigidity. Where rotary motion is required, our crossed roller bearings handle radial, thrust and moment loads simultaneously, making them well suited for rotary tables, tool changers and indexing heads that must manage complex, multi-directional forces.
Corrosion, metal chips, cutting fluid and weld spatter are unavoidable in demanding machining environments. Our components come in stainless and carbon steel, with corrosion-resistant surface treatments like black chrome. C-Wiper protection keeps chips and debris out of slide units, while a full range of seals and accessories provide additional contamination defense. Whether your application runs wet or dry, there’s an IKO configuration that holds up.
Stopping a machine for re-greasing costs time and money. Our C-Lube built-in lubrication technology continuously feeds lubricant to the bearing over its service life, eliminating external lubrication lines, scheduled downtime and the need to reach into confined spaces to service components. Because C-Lube is integrated into the component itself, external dimensions remain identical to standard guides, making them a direct drop-in replacement.
